Translations

When you choose Lingo24 to undertake your translation project, although you may not be aware of it, you set into motion a well practiced chain of events designed to bring you the very best translation available; a translation that is technically perfect right down to the correct use of localised language, a translation that will reflect well on your company and one that will be delivered on time and on budget.

The part of the process that you will be aware of is when you first speak to one of our friendly and experienced Account Managers; you will immediately notice that they will take as much time as is needed in order to understand your project, your requirements and the real message that you wish to convey in your translation. From that point onwards your Account Manager will not only be the personal point of contact between yourself and the vast resources of the Lingo24 organisation but will also project manage your translation to completion.

Your Account Manager’s next step will be to assess your project and assign the most suitable or most qualified translator to the task; we have a network of over 800 translators worldwide, many of which are also qualified in another professional field such as Law, Medicine and Engineering; so you can be assured that only the person who is very best suited to the job will be undertaking your translation.

The next stage in the process is for your Account Manager to allocate a proof-reader to work alongside your translator; once again we have many proof-readers within our network, but only the most suitable for your specific project will be selected. From then on, your Account Manager will co-ordinate the output of your translator and the quality assurance of the proof-reader until the project’s conclusion.

Here at Lingo24 we have, from our inception, always allocated at least three members of our staff to every client’s translation project and although our clients may not always be aware of what is going on behind the scenes on their behalf; what they are always aware of, is the high quality of the translations that they receive and that we deliver their projects as promised; within budget and on time…every time.
