Here at Lingo24 part of our ethos is to provide translations of the highest quality and the focus of our entire working methodology is geared to doing just this. This is only to be expected from a major London translation agency: but we take this task extremely seriously…so seriously in fact, that no less than three members of our agency are involved in every one of our clients’ translation projects.
Firstly, each client is allocated one of our experienced Account managers from either our London office or, if they are more local to the client, one of our regional offices. This account manager then assesses the translation project and based upon which translator within our agency is the most qualified and best suited to carry out the translation, will allocate the task to the appropriate person.
Each of our translators is not only qualified in a particular language (they are all native speakers of their specialist languages), but a majority are also qualified in a professional field such as Finance, Engineering, Law and the Medical Profession. Thus, when you give our agency a technical tract for translation, you can be sure that your translator will have thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter and will, therefore, render an accurate, grammatical and fully localised translation for you.
To further assure the quality of our work, each project goes through a proofreading process by a second and highly experienced linguist usually from our London office. It is only after passing this final stringent stage in the quality process that a translation is finally passed as good enough for us to put our name to.
