Although delivering translations of the very highest quality can be listed as part of the Lingo24 ethos, it might be far better described as the core principle of our ethos…our Raison d'être in fact. When Lingo24 was first set up, it was by a group of professional linguists that wanted to offer something far more than was commonly available in the translation service industry at that time; an uncompromising attitude to providing the most technically perfect translations available in the marketplace.
Since those inaugural days we have adhered to this rigidly self imposed discipline and have geared the whole of the Lingo24 organisation and the whole of our methodology to providing just this.
Every commission that we undertake is allocated at least three members of our staff; an experienced Project Manager to oversee the translation and to provide a personalised point of contact; a qualified Linguist to undertake the translation and finally, a senior Proof-reader to ensure that even the smallest detail is technically correct.
One of the most important and often one of the most overlooked keys to delivering the quality of service that clients rightly expect, is knowing your client’s business; here at Lingo24, we never forget this vital point.
